In no case, relaxation is given to appear in the examination where the student has completed 75% attendance. Also, if a particular student is absent for 10% of the total number of attendance, which are expected in a year then the college would inform the parents of such student's absence. Steps will be taken to remove the names of such students after the absence of 25% of the expected classes in a session to cancel his admission

Reservation of Seats/Relaxation of marks for SC/ST/OBC and physically Handicapped.

1. 49% of the total number of seats will be reserved for NATURAL BORN sons/ daughter of parents belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes and OBC in the ratio of 16%, 12%,21%respectively.
2. 3% fo the total number of seats will be reserve for Physically handicapped candidates defined as Deaf / Dumb / Blind / Loss of nay limb with permanent disability.
3. All SC/ST/OBC candidates who have passed the qualifying examination for admission may be arranged in order of merit amongst themselves.
4. Those who have secured marks above the level up to which general category students are admitted will not be counted toward reserved quota at all and will be included in the General Merit List of Admission.
5. The Seats reserved of SC/ST candidates will be filled by SC/ST candidates only, the vacant seats reserved for SC candidates will be filled by ST Candidates and vice-versa.
6. In case of non availability of SC/ST candidates against the total number of seats reserved, the Vacant seats will be filled by the general candidates on merit, Any decision for the change in the nature of admission will be taken, as per rules by the principal only
7. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories will be required to produce a certificate to that effect from a District Magistrate/Tehsildar/ Sub Divisional Magistrate without which their cases will not be considered under the above provisions.
